This Pho bowl is pocked with rare eye round steak, well-done skirt flank, soft tendon, and beef bolts. It's a different texture in every bite.
A layer of thin rare eye round steak is cooked by the beef broth right in your bowl, bringing out the sweetness & tenderness of beef slies in to each bite.
Seasoned beef and soft tendon meaet balls cut into bite-size portions further creamte on undertone of sweetness to the already fragrant beef broth. It is a favorite among children.
Plum shrimp are topped over beef broth, low in calories but amazing in taste.
